Our team of mental health practitioners can help you face a wide range of situations. Whether you're struggling to recover from an accident, going through a divorce, transitioning to retirement, becoming a blended family or coping with the death of a loved one, we're here to support you.

We'll handle your case confidentially and personalise your treatment to achieve better outcomes.

We can provide support and advice for children but are unable to offer treatment for under 18s

How does it work?

Request the service and our mental health professional will contact you.

  • 1Request a consultation

    Request the service through our app or portal.

  • 2Talk to a mental health specialist

    Our clinicians will review your request in case you require immediate support. If you're ok to wait, they will pass your case to our mental health support who will contact you to schedule an initial 30 minute session with a mental health professional.

  • 3Get support

    The mental health professional will assess your condition and direct you appropriately. If you need a course of treatment, we'll refer you to an appropriate mental health specialist.

Our service is unsuitable for emergency conditions. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harming or pose a risk to yourself and/or others, please contact your local emergency services. You can contact 999 in the UK. For advice and support, call NHS 111.

We are also unable to treat serious or chronic conditions including psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, severe depression, PTSD, personality disorders, drug and alcohol abuse or symptoms of domestic violence.
