How does it work?

You can proceed to complete the form and a doctor will call you to provide medical assessment.

    Answer an initial questionnaire.

  • 2 Get started

    If the questionnaire/information you have provided indicates that there are no medical issues and that the level of calorie restriction is appropriate for you, you will be sent an email straight away with your exercise and meal plan suggestions to start the programme.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.
