Our team of mental health practitioners can provide you with coping mechanisms and and stress reduction techniques which can help prevent burnout or improve your wellbeing at home or in the workplace.

Addressing burn-out symptoms at an early stage has proven effective. Our team of specialists will help you recognise the signs of burn-out and help you take action.

You can speak with our mental health practitioners in complete confidence. We are here to help you get back on track.

We can provide support and advice for children but are unable to offer treatment for under 18s.

How does it work?

Request the service and a mental health practioner will contact you.

  • 1 Request a consultation

    Request the service.

  • 2 Talk to a mental health specialist

    A clinician will review your consultation request to ensure you don't need immediate intervention. Our patient support team will then contact you to schedule an initial half an hour consultation with a mental health professional.

  • 3 Get further support

    If you require more support after the initial consultation, our team can organise further sessions with a mental health practitioner. There are a range of options available for further therapy which is tailored to the individuals needs.
